The effects of electronic devices coupled with inactive lifestyle habits are well documented for children- no to mention the detrimental effects on mental health.
At SHRED905 we believe in the importance of a positive, healthy and balanced lifestyle. For this reason, we instill a workout regimen from a young age. Our certified coaches will take the tween + teen, ages 10-15 years, through proper warm up and cool down routines, correct stretching with instructed technique, challenging cross training workouts, specific exercises to improve agility, focused movement to perfect coordination skills and all the while making it fun and relevant with effective speed drills and enhanced cardio moves. These workouts will make use of the entire SHRED facility, including our boxing ring, Octagon and spin bikes. The small group classes deliver personalized attention to form, proper technique and safety. Your young athletes will develop stamina, a motivated mindset, a healthy physique through a great workout series, and they will meet new friends.
Join Coach Abakar for a 4 week series starting Wednesday November 18th. The classes will take place Wednesdays at 5:15pm and Fridays at 4:30pm -each class being 60 minutes. We've capped the number of participants to 5 to ensure all safety and distancing requirements are met. The series is open to all fitness levels and is not a sport specific series.
