NEW SHRED905 Youth Daytime Summer Fitness

We are super excited to announce our summer youth fitness with Coaches Adam and James! The success and overwhelming demand of our existing youth programs have helped us shape what we feel to be the most effective youth fitness in Vaughan. Our program is open to all fitness levels and is not sport specific.
The SHRED905 Summer Youth Fitness ages 10-15 will be offered for 2 weeks in July- the week of July 4th and July 11th. Each week will consist of three 90 minute sessions in our own SHRED905 studio for a total of 4.5 hours per week. The weekly schedule is as follows:
Mondays 12:30pm-2pm (James)
Wednesdays 11:30am-1pm (Adam)
Thursdays 11:30am-1pm (Adam)
New to our youth fitness will be a self defence component taught by Coach Adam. The focus of our fitness will be to not only motivate and challenge but also offer fitness that provides the maximum foundational improvement for overall total body fitness. Let's get our youth strong and instill healthy, lifelong, sustainable habbits!
The SHRED905 sessions will include a stronger stretching and mobility component as well as strength and total body condtioning. The youth coaches will work to improve agility and balance, whilst exposing them to a variety of fun movements so these can become life long habbits. These small youth group classes will deliver personalized attention to form, proper technique and safety. Your aspiring athlete will develop stamina, a motivated mindest, confidence, a strong physique through great workouts while meeting new friends.
The SHRED905 youth coaches come with extensive experience in youth fitness and athletics. Their fitness and sports backgrounds include Martial Arts, boxing, and soccer .
Total cost per youth for the week is $90+hst=$101.70
****NOTE We will not be offering any pro rated amounts for missed classes and/or make up classes****
