The SHRED905 concept was born 15 years ago when husband and wife, Roberto and Maria DeFilippis, founded a multidisciplinary medical centre focused on orthopedics and sports medicine. Maria and Roberto truly believe in the philosophy of SHRED905. Individuals who join SHRED905 will be immersed into a fitness community of like-minded individuals who are committed to a fit lifestyle, a balance between the mind and body and are always encouraged and supported to escape their limits.

 After tremendous success of meeting patient needs, Maria, a fitness enthusiast and certified Spinning® and Fitness instructor, has now devoted her time to helping others reach their fitness goals while living healthier, happier lives. Building on the same vision, SHRED905 continues to spread and grow their mission of helping people meet their health goals through a unique fitness studio experience.

We encourage SHRED905 members to continually challenge themselves and always push their limits mentally and physically.

Members can select from a large variety of fitness classes and training options including: spinning, cardio-boxing, circuit training, boot camp or our personally developed and uniquely challenging Octagon program. Typical class sizes are limited to 10 people allowing for a personalized approach to group training while still promoting a sense of community and belonging.

The idea behind small group classes of 10 or less are to give individuals a “boutique-like” feel at the gym. Instructors and trainers at SHRED905 are focused on improving individual’s technique and form, giving personalized corrections and preventing personal injuries or muscle strain through safe and proper training practices. In addition, personal training packages are also available, with one on one to three on one training options for those looking for more of a communal group approach. Okay, enough reading! NEW Youth Summer Fitness-Booking Now Open!

Summer Youth Fitness! 2 weeks of daytime SHRED fitness. Our youth fitness focuses on total body fitness with a new component added of self defence. Studio sessions will focus on strength & total body conditioning, improve agility and balance, whilst exposing them to a variety of fun movements so these can become life long habits. These small youth group classes will deliver personalized attention to form, proper technique and safety. Your aspiring athlete will develop stamina, a motivated mindest, confidence, a strong physique through great workouts while meeting new friends.
