SHRED Bags'n Bands & CORE
Our fusion style class is a great introduction to the world of boxing & bag work, resistance bands and core. We've fused these training disciplines together to bring you a challenging and fat torching workout. Our 20-20-20 style workout includes a strong boxing set on the bags with no holds barred while reaching intensity and burning calories fast. Off the bags and into a serious 20 minute resistance bands set- focusing on toning. We've included a serious core set -fast and furious but will definitely get the core burning and screaming'!
