BANDS and SHRED
Our Power Legs'N Glutes class features 60 minutes of sweat and burn! This class will include various training styles meant to burn fat, work on strength, tone, get that lower body stronger and much more. It will feature a variety of training strategies, utilize various fitness equipment i.e resistance bands, kettlebells, plyometrics, skip rope etc... all meant to challenge and torch the lower body. We'll cross train and keep the body guessing!
