SHRED yogis, we are excited to offer our new yoga series with Jaime starting Wednesday March 6th.
Join us for an all-level yoga flow where we focus on self-care, self-expression, and mobility. Linking breath to movement and working on cultivating a strong relationship with your body, this class has something for everyone. From the experienced practitioner to the brand new yogi, this class is challenging and accessible! Each class is different and challenges you to tune in, listen to, and move your body in a way that serves you, and the growth of your practice both on and off the mat. Enjoy a thoughtfully planned yoga practice that helps you cultivate inner strength and a deeper connection with your mind- body-soul being.
Our yoga series will focus on stretch and strengthening and is excellent for building strength & mobility. With the guidance of our certified yoga instructor our yoga allows you to safely explore the limits of your body. Yoga offers many benefits including increased stamina, flexibility as well as stress reduction. A beautiful addition to any fitness journey and suitable for all fitness levels.

The SHRED905 Yoga is open to members and non-members- so bring a friend, a relative...someone in need of yoga. We can all benefit from regular yoga.
SHRED member pricing is $99+hst for the entire 6 week series. Non SHRED member pricing is $110+hst for the entire 6 week series.
