  1. IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP FEE?

    A membership is not needed to workout at SHRED905.  Drop ins and class packages are available. We currently offer 5, 10, 20 class series. However our super affordable and attractive membership rates are sure to entice and have you joining in no time!  We offer various fitness plans and memberships with and without annual commitment.

  2. WHAT'S THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

    Something has come up and can’t make it? We get it! Our cancelation policy is similar to those that most studios have- super reasonable. You can cancel your scheduled class up until 12 hours before without losing your credit. If you cancel within 12 hours or less OR do not show up, than you will forfeit your credit.

  3. I'VE USED UP ALL MY MONTHLY CLASSES!

    You've smashed your fit goals this month and used up all your class credits before your next month- now what? Do I need to wait till next month for more SHRED?....Absolutely not! We offer 'top-up' class credits to all our members at a super discounted rate $10+hst. They can be purchased at any time and can be bundled for additonal savings. Take advantage of our top up member credits. Available for purchase at the time of class booking.

  4. ARE OPEN WORKOUTS PERMITTED?

    Our studio is unlike the big box gym space in that we offer small class sizes. Our class sizes are capped at 12 ppl which allow us to offer a very 'private' feel in a small group setting.

    Presently there is no open workout space being offered.

     

     

     

     

  5. WHEN DO CLASSES BECOME AVAILABLE TO BOOK ONLINE?

    Classes will be available to book 30 days in advance.

    Monthly membership holders are able to book within their current monthly billing cycle only. 

  6. DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?

    **Due to COVID safety and health guidlines our shower service is temporarily suspended. We hope to offer shower service as soon as it is safe to do so. Thank you for your patience**

     

     

  7. DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN GLOVES ?

    Nope. 10 oz gloves are available to purchase ($14)  at our front desk, but if you have a favorite pair that you’d like to bring, that’s no problem.

  8. DO YOU HAVE WATER OR SHOULD I BRING MY OWN?

    **Due to COVID safety and health guidelines we have temporarily suspended our H2O hydration station to avoid any possible 'bottle to tap' contamination. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to offer H2O service as soon as it is safe to do so.** 

     

    Bring your favourite water bottle, we offer complimentary chilled, triple filtered water at our hydrating H2O filling station.

  9. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

    Wear comfortable clothing and prepare to sweat!

  10. WHAT SHOES SHOULD I WEAR?

    Closed shoes are mandatory. Indoor cross-trainers, running shoes are all acceptable. 

    Shoes MUST be worn at all times, bare feet are not permitted in the ring.

    **Please respect our indoor shoe policy, so we can maintain a clean workout space for everybody**

  11. WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

    We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class your scheduled class.

  12. CAN I PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS WHILE PREGNANT?

    Absolutely! We ask you speak to your physician first and get their OK.

  13. IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?

    Young SHRED members are welcome to join our classes, however must be 17 years of age and will need to get a parent or guardian to sign a waiver. Those under the age of 17 can train privately or within a private small group and again with proper consent.

    *Unfortunately, we are not accepting children under 13 for any training at this time.
